ACP was developed to ensure that agents and support staff are knowledgeable of
Citizens' general rules, coverage and compliance requirements. This 3-hour class
is $30.00 per person and includes 4 topic modules - Compliance, Personal
Residential, Commercial Residential, and Commercial Nonresidential. Agents must
attend the entire class to receive certification.
